It was the first of Joan's movies I've ever seen, so it was interesting to read your comparison of her early and late persona - that it's rare to see her as gentle and loveable as in this movie. I didn't know that these features of hers changed so drastically.<br />Since it was also my first Langdon movie, I soon drew the conclusion that he was quite a pain in the neck - even thouh he did have some funny moments.
